Abstract: I will discuss an infinite system of globally coupled Anosov diffeomorphisms with weak coupling strength. The goal is to prove that the coupled system admits a unique physical invariant state and study its properties. Following previous work on globally coupled expanding maps, the problem is reduced to the study of a self-consistent transfer operator.
